HOW IT WORKS
Staff work under a 'Contract For Services', in accordance with the Agency Workers Regulations 2010. We enter into contracts with the Agency Worker and the Hirer, negotiating Assignments and placing the Worker with the Hirer.
The Worker carries out the Assignment and we invoice the Hirer.
We remit to the Worker their pay, subject to employees NIC and other lawful deductions such as pension arrangements and make provision for their NIC, holiday pay, workplace pension and other costs.
